From Isla Plana it is not far from anything: Alicante about 14 km, Torrevieja about 8 km, Mar Menor and La Manga about 5 km and Cartagena about 3 km.
Airports are only about 35 minutes (Murcia International) or 80 minutes (Alicante) away.
Sierra Nevada, and down hill skiing, is only 3 hours away.
